- Our Family rates apply to advanced confirmed reservations, prior to June 1st, and may not apply to groups, conventions or proms.
- Rates, terms and availability are subject to change without notice.
- These rates may not apply to weekends or Holidays.
- All reservations are subject to confirmation.
- Balance is due in full at arrival, payable in Cash, Traveler's Checks, Visa, Discover, or Master Card.
- NO Checks are accepted at check in.
- Deposit is required within 7 days of your request, to confirm reservation. $150 Motel Unit, $200 Efficiency & $400 Apartments.
More than 6 days reservations, required to double deposit.
- Deposit refundable if notified prior to three weeks in advance, of arrival date, subject to 25% service charge on total reservation.
May not apply for next season.
- No refund if notified within 3 weeks of arrival.
- No refund due to weather condition, no show-up, early departure, or strike out of our control.
- Deposit is not transferrable.
- Groups or Proms-NO Refund or Cancellation.
- Misrepresentation will result in cancellation without refund of money or accomodations.
- Service Fee, Taxes and Gratuity not included in rates.
- 3 night Minimum stay, may apply in peak season.
- Maximum Occupancy may apply in peak season and Holidays.
- No charge for up to 2 children (under age 12), in peak season sharing the same accomodations.
- All Guests must register at office.
- Management reserves the right to verify registered occupancy in all rooms and apartments.
- All guest must show identification.
- Check-in time after 2:00 P.M. " No Early Check-In,...NO EXCEPTIONS! Confirmed reservations not held past 6:00 P.M. on day of arrival (Unless Notified).
- Check-out time before 10:00 A.M.
- One parking space per unit regardless of occupancy.
- Vehicle must display parking permit facing out at all times.
- Vehicle must be removed from parking area at time of check-out.(No Exceptions!)
- Children can not be unattended on Sunflower grounds at any time.
- ***Security Deposit at Check In: Rooms $20.00 - Rooms W/Kitchen $45.00 - Apts. $100.00, Refundable after Inspection!***
- $20 deposit for room key, refundable at check-out time. Lost Key: $60.00 Fee.
- No LOUD Music. (Especially after Hours)
- No glass containers allowed on decks or pool areas.
- All returned checks subject to $25 Service Charge.
